Shipping & Returns
All orders received and paid for will be shipped within 24 hours. If the item you order is out of stock, you will receive an email the working day after your order, confirming the estimated ship date.
Me Time Inc will not be held responsible for delays in delivery where events occur beyond our control.
Freight cost is automatically added to your order. To request a quote for a bulk order, please send us a request via the 'contact us' form.
Please be careful in providing us with correct, complete and up to date address information. If you provide us with an incorrect or incomplete address and we deliver your order as per your instructions, we can accept no responsibility for the mistake. If we are unable to deliver to an incorrect or incomplete address and the order is returned to our warehouse, we can redeliver but the customer will incur an additional delivery charge
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to our quick turnaround times, we’re unable to refund if you change your mind about a 'send now' purchase. We are also unable to offer a refund if incorrect delivery information is given to us. It’s the sender’s responsibility to make sure they provide us with detailed and accurate delivery instructions.
If the wrong delivery address is given we can re-deliver, but this may be at an additional cost. For advance orders, cancellation must be made 24 hours in advance if necessary. Cancellations can be made by emailing .
Damaged or Faulty Items
We will replace or refund any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged. Customers must contact us within 7 days after the order reaches the shipping destination. Claims for damages, incorrect or short delivered goods will not be recognised unless we are notified within 7 days after the delivery date.
To return an item for any reason, please arrange for return postage. MeTime Inc will refund the cost of normal post for any return where MeTime Inc is at Fault.
MeTime Inc will issue a refund or credit note for any damaged item within 7 days of purchase as long as the purchased item(s) are returned in the original condition including packaging.
Delivery and handling charges on returns are not refunded for incorrect choice, and are to be returned to our warehouse at the customer's cost.
In order to process your returned goods, please include the following information;
1) The order number
2) The reason for return
3) Your day time phone number
A staff member will contact you to arrange a refund if our warehouse is unable to replace or exchange the goods returned. A refund will be provided by crediting your original method of payment.
